My name is Connie Ragen Green. I’ve been working exclusively online since the end of 2005. During the summer of 2006 I agreed to help a family member who was starting his own handyman business for the very first time. He was spending several hundred dollars a month with traditional print advertising and not getting very many calls or new clients. Some months it took him almost two weeks to be in profit. By doing for him what I was learning to do for myself on the internet, his phone began to ring and he soon filled his schedule with customers. And, best of all, these new customers were his ideal clients, making his work even more satisfying. He was able to discontinue his newspaper ads and flyer distribution and just concentrate on serving the people who were coming to him for exactly the services he offered. Within a few months I began doing this for other small businesses as well.
In 2008 my online marketing students began to ask me to teach them how to make money by marketing for small businesses in their local areas.
